Lawn tennis in Meghalaya is not so popular as compared to the other states and the world as a whole . However NEAU is blessed with a beautiful lawn tennis court ( cemented court ) surrounded by a beautiful landscape around it. It also is the only tennis court in whole of West Jaintia hills.

NEAU also provides Table Tennis for all hostels ( boys and girls) where every member who is interested can utilise it.
